Overview
Parameter Maximizer is a personal optimization platform that uses data-driven frameworks to help you understand and improve across key life domains.
This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect when you use our application, why we collect it, how we use and protect it, and the choices you have regarding your data. We’ve written it plainly because we think you deserve to actually understand what happens with your information.
Parameter Maximizer is a personal development and self-optimization tool. It is not a medical application and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical advice.

Parameter Maximizer is developed, operated and based in Canada. References to “we,” “us,” or “our” throughout this policy refer to this entity.
We are the data controller for all personal information collected through the Parameter Maximizer application and website located at parametermaximizer.com.

Data We Collect
We collect only what is necessary to operate the service:
—Account data — your name and email address, used to authenticate your account and communicate with you
—Self-assessment data — your parameter selections, self-reported scores, calibration responses, and target levels, which you provide voluntarily to power your optimization system
—Purchase data — which features or parameter slots you have unlocked
—Communication preference — whether you have opted in to monthly tune reminder emails
We do not collect biometric data, medical records, location, or financial information. Payments are handled entirely by third-party processors.

How We Use Your Data
Your data is used only to operate Parameter Maximizer: to authenticate your account, run your optimization system, process purchases, and send communications you have requested. Anonymized, aggregate usage patterns may be used to improve the product. We do not use your data for advertising or sell it to third parties.

Data Sharing & Third Parties
We do not sell your data. We share it only with the infrastructure providers necessary to operate the service: our database and authentication provider, payment processor, and email delivery provider. Each is contractually bound to use your data only for the stated purpose. We may also disclose data if required by law.

Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored on encrypted servers with row-level security — meaning only you (and authorized administrators for technical support purposes) can access your profile. All data is transmitted over HTTPS. No system is perfectly immune to risk; if a breach affects your data, we will notify you as required by law.

Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, all personal data is permanently removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. You may request deletion at any time.

Your Rights
You may access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time. Update your name, email, and preferences directly in the app. For anything else — including full account deletion or a data export — email help@parametermaximizer.com and we will respond within 30 days.
You may withdraw consent for optional emails at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email we send, or within app settings.
Canadian users may file a complaint with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner at priv.gc.ca. EEA/UK users may contact their local data protection authority.

Children’s Privacy
Parameter Maximizer is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately at help@parametermaximizer.com and we will delete it promptly.

The assessments, scores, and recommendations within the app are based on your own self-reported data and mathematical optimization frameworks — they are not clinical assessments.
Nothing within Parameter Maximizer should be interpreted as medical, psychological, or clinical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making decisions about your physical or mental health, including changes to exercise, nutrition, sleep, or mental health practices.
Some parameters tracked within the app — including those relating to emotional regulation, stress resilience, and mental clarity — touch on areas that intersect with mental and physical wellbeing. These are self-optimization parameters only. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or medical emergency, please seek immediate professional help.

Changes to This Policy
We will notify you of material changes via email and an in-app notice, and update the date at the top of this page. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
